Peace as a Lens..
“Peace can become a lens through which you see the world. Be it. Live it. Radiate it out. Peace is an inside job.” Wayne Dyer
I saw this quote recently when I was thinking about the Month of April and feeling as if my personal peace will be ‘pending’ until May.
I have a month full of fantastic events and the chance to see friends and family – all adding up to a schedule that is.. ‘quite busy’ (that’s an understatement, how British of me!)
Wayne Dyer’s quote is a valuable reminder that I can approach each busy day with a peaceful outlook.
Instead of waiting to experience peace during a downtime, I can choose peace, minute by minute. I can place peace in front of any external force or event I experience, and view each situation from that core position.. with that lens in place.
I’ll give that a go 🙂
I haven’t posted here for a while! I enjoyed taking part in a January ‘GetToKnowMe’ social media challenge – you can view posts on my Instagram profile here.
It was nice to work with a daily topic guideline and I received such good feedback, I decided to catch Joanne Hawker’s MarchMeetTheMaker challenge next year – wish me luck with that, I have a habit of remembering these challenges halfway through and missing (most of) the boat!
The Bluebell Festival
I will have a range of themed pieces at this years Bluebell Festival at the Riverhill Himalayan Gardens.
The on-site shop will be open for the duration of the festival and will be filled with a range of artwork for display and wearable art treasures. The festival will run from 18th – 22nd and 24th – 29th April this year.
I have been also listing new pieces to my online shop, and to Etsy each month so check those out!
