Handmade = Perfectly Imperfect

 
Handmade pieces are ‘individually remarkable’ and can have slight imperfections, colour and size variances.

Shipping

 

Processing time

 

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is between 5 and 10 working days, this varies based on the design. Please allow 10 days prior to shipping for time-sensitive gift purchases.

 

For a small additional charge, I can arrange gift wrap including a hand written note card, and dispatch directly to your chosen recipient. Please email info@theasmartthenry.co.uk or use the website contact form to make a request. 

 

You will receive confirmation to the email address quoted on your order, when your order has been dispatched.

 

 

Customs and import taxes

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns & exchanges

 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

 

Contact me to arrange a return within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery

 

I do not accept cancellations of customised items.

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

 

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items e.g. earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
